Mel Kistner worked as a licensed clinical therapist for over 12 years helping clients with a variety of mental health issues. Mel is a Christian and a trained professional artist creating visual reminders of hope and truth. Mel homeschooled for 13 years. She is passionate about combining practical tools with the truth of the Bible to help others break free from fear and experience true freedom in Christ. Mel has resources to help kids and adults with mental health including a feelings workbook for kids and a digital course for adults with anxiety. She lives in Florida with her husband and 3 kids.
