Workshop: Framing Your Whole Health In Christ

Adriana Watt is a multi-layered caregiver. She has been married for 25 years to her college sweetheart. She is a veteran homeschool momma of 15 years, with one graduate. For over a decade, she was a registered nurse in women's health and pediatric critical care areas serving families. She also worked in community health education and in various teaching roles with children and adults. She received a certification in Faith Community Nursing, which led her to virtual health group coaching.

In the last year, she pivoted to provide private coaching to Christian caregivers. These caregivers can be homeschool mommas, healthcare workers, mommas, care for those with disabilities, teachers, in a ministry role, or another form of caregiver. She created a framework to guide them toward healing and rest rooted in Christ so the caregiver can care for their whole health with defiant joy serve others well. Her Care for the Caregiver free community is a space of encouragement where the caregiver can learn the framework and be encouraged. The caregiver needs care too.
